St Helens Police Department

Monday, April 20

Caylee Patricia Cooper, 23, was cited for driving while suspended and failure to obey a traffic control device. Her vehicle was impounded.

Wednesday, April 22

Tamara Maggie Andrews, 53, was cited for theft following an incident at Safeway.

Thursday, April 23

Scott Michael Crouser, 42, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants and his vehicle was impounded.

Jeremy Lee Ridenour, 22, was cited for theft following a shoplifting incident at Wal-Mart.

Friday, April 24

Two 13-year-old males were referred to the Juvenile Department. One for theft, and the other for disorderly conduct.

Shannon K. Hansen reported her purse was stolen from her vehicle while it was parked at the Adult and Family Services Department.

Patrick O’Neil McDevitt, 53, was cited for driving under the influence and his vehicle was impounded.

Josua James Thomas, 24, was arrested on an outstanding Multnomah County Circuit Court warrant and lodged in the county jail.

Saturday, April 25

Michelle Kathleen Paulsen, 42, was cited for driving uninsured and her vehicle was impounded.

Two males were referred to the Juvenile Department for reckless burning.

Sunday, April 26

Zach W. Smith reported his bicycle was stolen while at Kentucky Fried Chicken.

Monday, April 27

Christopher Lee Bartlett, 38, was arrested for probation violation, assault, criminal mischief and theft.

A male was referred to the Juvenile Department for disorderly conduct.

Tuesday, April 28

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance on N. 12th Street.

Benjamin J. Runckel, 36, was arrested for theft following a shoplifting incident at Safeway.

Wednesday, April 29

Crystal Rose Blasier, 36, was cited for theft following a shopliftinging incident at Wal-Mart.

Lesly Rae Kozlosky, 21, was arrested for distribution, possession and manufacture of a controlled substance. She was lodged in the county jail.
